EXHIBITOR BADGES: Each company exhibiting at ProGreen EXPO is entitled to four complimentary Trade Show and Seminars Exhibitor Badges for each 10’ X 10’ booth leased. They will admit the badge holder to the trade show and over 120 seminars. You can order your included exhibitor badges using a different form.
ADDITIONAL BADGES: Should additional Trade Show and Seminar Exhibitor Badges be needed, they may be ordered using this form for $50.00 each. Trade Show Only Exhibitor Badges, at no cost, may also be ordered on the back of this form.
BADGE PICK-UP: Badges will be prepared in advance and should be picked up at the EXPO. NO exhibitor badges will be mailed. IT IS ADVISABLE TO PICK UP DURING MOVE-IN THE BADGES FOR THOSE WORKING THE FIRST DAY.
- Monday & Tuesday, February 6-7, 2012 : At the Exhibitor Registration Desk outside Exhibit Hall D - 8:00am-5:00pm
- Wednesday-Friday February 8-10, 2012: At the Exhibitor Registration Desk 1st floor/street level Lobby D
BADGE REGULATIONS: Exhibitors must wear an exhibitor badge issued by ProGreen EXPO to be admitted to the exhibit hall. Transferring or lending a badge to another exhibitor, or supplying an exhibitor badge to someone who is not an exhibitor, is a violation of exhibit rules and a misrepresentation to attendees, exhibitors and EXPO management. Violation of this policy may result in confiscation of the badge and expulsion from the show. A badge must be worn at all times. DO NOT LEAVE IT AT HOME!
Keep a copy of this form for your records. PLEASE TYPE OR PRINT LEGIBLY SO ALL INFORMATION ON THE BADGE WILL BE CORRECT!
List the names for the additional Trade Show and Seminar Exhibitor Badges to be prepared (if you have more than one booth space, please submit additional forms for additional badges). You will be charged $50.00 per badge.
